A couple of thoughts for you this bright Monday:
1. No amount of exercise will compensate for a poor diet.
2. You need to eat to live, not live to eat.
Given that, take a look at what your eating, and remember your abs are made first in the kitchen.
Below, there are some TRX suspension training exercises...I'd like to draw your attention to the upper right hand corner. This is called a TRX pike. I feel it's one of the best exercises for your abs. Start in a plank position, with the straps on your feet. Draw up through your center, and lift your bottom toward the ceiling, and then slowly lower down. Perform 10-12 to begin. This can be modified by simply staying in the plank position.
