This is the original Barbell weight lifting class. It's not as flexible in the sense that I have to follow their choreography, but it is fun and effective. Tracks include warm-up, squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, abs and cool down, always in that order. Even if your are saying to yourself, "I can't do lunges", or "I don't like barbells", I encourage you to try it. There are a few modifications you can do--like your can adjust your, and you can omit the weight altogether on the lower body exercises.
Small group trainings resume this month. Wednesdays at 9am, and Saturdays at 11:30 am. Please contact me if you're interested, and I will give you the link to sign up. You can sign up for the days that work for you. If there are two or more people signed up, then the group will go for that day.
On a different note, below are three exercises that I think would be fun to try this week. The first is a step up side with abduction (leg out), then second is a lunge with bicep curl, and the third is an oblique crunch. Try to change it up this week. All of these can also be done on the floor.
